How to use a Zalando gift card

A Zalando gift card pays for clothing, shoes and other items for personal appearance on the Zalando website and in the Zalando app.

How to activate

Open the Zalando website or app of the country the card was issued for: zalando.de for a Germany card, zalando.co.uk for a UK card.
Sign in, put the items in the cart and go to checkout.
At the payment step, add the gift card and enter the code from your Ludefy order.
If the card amount is not enough, pay the difference with another method and place the order.

The card usually starts working within 24 hours of purchase.
The card is valid for 5 years from the purchase date.
In Germany you can redeem cards worth up to €200 per purchase, in the UK up to £170.
In Germany you can redeem cards worth up to €5,000 per calendar month.
The remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases.
The card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot pay for another Zalando gift card.
If the code does not activate, write to support through the form on the order page: we will check it and replace the item or refund your money.
