How to redeem an Xbox card
An Xbox card adds funds to your Microsoft account balance. The balance pays in Microsoft Store and Xbox Store.
How to activate
- On the website: sign in at xbox.com/redeem with your Microsoft account.
- Enter the 25-character code from your Ludefy order and confirm.
- On a console: press the Xbox button, open Store, then View and Redeem.
- The Xbox mobile app cannot redeem codes.
Region and restrictions
- The card currency is tied to your Microsoft account region. The balance cannot be converted to another currency.
- You can change the Microsoft account region no more than once every three months, and the balance does not move with it.
- If the code does not activate, write to support through the form on the order page: we will check it and replace the item or refund your money.
