How to use a Sephora gift card

A Sephora gift card pays for cosmetics and fragrances on the Sephora website and in Sephora stores of the country the card was issued for.

How to activate

A Germany card works on sephora.de and in Sephora stores in Germany. A France card works on sephora.fr, in the Sephora France app and in stores in France, Luxembourg and Monaco.
Sign in on the website of your country, put the items in the cart and go to checkout.
At the payment step, choose the gift card and enter the card number and PIN from your Ludefy order.
If the card amount is not enough, pay the difference with another method and place the order.

A Germany card is valid until the end of the third year after purchase, a France card for 1 year.
You can pay with the card several times while it has a balance.
In Germany you can pay the difference with any method except Klarna.
In Germany the card does not work for Click & Collect or for buying other gift cards.
Check the balance of a Germany card on geschenkgutschein.sephora.de and of a France card on cartecadeau.sephora.fr with the number and PIN.
The card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
If the code does not activate, write to support through the form on the order page: we will check it and replace the item or refund your money.
