How to redeem a PlayStation Store card
A PlayStation Store card adds funds to your PlayStation Network wallet. The code is redeemed on a console or on the PlayStation website.
How to activate
- In a browser: open PlayStation Store, select your profile at the top and choose Redeem Code.
- On PS5: open PlayStation Store, press the triangle button and choose … (More) → Redeem Code.
- On PS4: open PlayStation Store and choose Redeem Codes at the bottom of the side menu.
- Enter the 12-digit code from your Ludefy order and confirm.
Region and restrictions
- The code must be for the same region as your PSN account: a Turkey card works only with a Turkish account.
- The country or region of a PSN account cannot be changed after it is created. Choose a card for your account region.
- If the code does not activate, write to support through the form on the order page: we will check it and replace the item or refund your money.
