How to redeem a Google Play gift card
A Google Play gift card adds funds to your Google Play balance. The balance pays for apps, games and subscriptions.
How to activate
- On Android: open Google Play, tap the profile icon and choose Payments & subscriptions.
- Tap Redeem code, enter the code from your Ludefy order and confirm.
- On a computer: open play.google.com/redeem and enter the code.
Region and restrictions
- The card can be redeemed only in the country where it was bought: you need a Google Play profile for that country.
- The profile country can be changed no more than once every 90 days. You must be in the new country and have its payment method.
- The balance stays tied to the old country. You cannot change the country while in a family group.
- If the code does not activate, write to support through the form on the order page: we will check it and replace the item or refund your money.
