How to redeem a Battle.net card
A Battle.net card adds funds to your Battle.net Balance. The balance pays for games and purchases in the Blizzard shop.
How to activate
- On the website: sign in to Account Overview of your Battle.net account.
- Enter the code from your Ludefy order in the Redeem a Code field and select Redeem Code.
- In the Battle.net desktop app: select the profile icon at the top right, then Redeem Code.
- In the mobile app: tap your BattleTag and choose Redeem Code.
Region and restrictions
- The card currency must match the currency the Battle.net shop shows. The country of residence in account settings sets it.
- A code is redeemed once and only in its region.
- Before changing the account country, spend the balance: it is lost on change, and Blizzard does not exchange currencies.
- If the code does not activate, write to support through the form on the order page: we will check it and replace the item or refund your money.
